Refund Policy

Bespoke Orders can not be returned due to the personalised nature of the product as they are created just for you and can not be resold.

Ruth, the artist, draws as she interprets the subject(s) to the best of her ability.

Printed Card – Single & Collections

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you have 7 days from receiving your item to cancel your order. Exchanges and refunds must be made within 14 days of delivery, after this we refuse the right to accept a refund or exchange. It is important that the product is returned carefully, ideally in its original packaging. The cards must be in perfect condition and available for resale.

The cost of Postage/Shipping for returns is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Seasonal Shipping Delays & Returns:

Duck Blue does not track any envelope post and therefore we can not tell you when your delivery will arrive unless you were given a tracking number. It is in the hands of An Post/RoyalMail etc. Delays are out of our control. Duck Blue sells seasonal products all year so a delay in particular in December is not our responsibility. Refunds because your order did not get delivered before Christmas is not permitted. If your order arrived after Christmas and you no longer want it you have the option to ship the delivery back (at your own expense) in the new year until 31st Jan 2025 to get refund.
